Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate address and contact information.
Orders Within Canada
All orders within Canada will be shipped via Canada Post.
Domestic flat rate – $15
International Orders
International orders will be shipped via FedEx.
International flat rate – $35
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lashery Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at #105 – 15380 102A Avenue, Surrey, BC V3R 0B3. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within one business day. Please call the store in advance at 778-680-LASH (5274) to confirm availability. Staff presence may vary based on the lash artist’s appointment schedule.
Shipping Support
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us right away at support@lasheryco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
