I’ve been going to to Just Lashes, now Lashery Co. for over 2 years now. For more than 8 years I have been going to different salons, technicians, looking for a Lash Technician that is consistent in applying lashes. Some technicians that I’ve experienced – which is a LOT – have many inconsistencies in their application process.

Some weeks it is very good, then you go back in 2 or 3 weeks to get your lashes filled and you are not happy. It doesn’t look very good, feels hard or it hurts when you close your eyes, even though you have asked for the most natural lash. So I have continued to search for a consistent salon and technician.

Then I found Khristine – an expert, a master that understand her products. Khristine uses the latest techniques as she constantly challenging herself by taking the latest courses.

I’m always happy, satisfied and feel spoiled after I’ve had my session. I always feel pretty again. I think it’s Kristine’s excellent training and steady hands.

I paid $189 at Lasheryco in Guilford,spent approximately four hours across appointments, and ended up having the lashes removed after two disappointing attempts. An incredibly frustrating experience. At my first appointment, the technician gave me wispy lashes even though I had not requested that style. When I said I didn’t like them, she told me she was too busy to fix them and booked me for another day. I had to spend a week wearing lashes I was unhappy with. At the second appointment, she made them overly curly—again, without me asking for that look. The lashes looked uneven, with awkward long and short sections, and the overall result looked extremely artificial. When I explained that I still wasn’t happy, I was told to book yet another appointment. By then, I had lost confidence in her ability to achieve the look I wanted, so I asked her to remove everything. During the removal, my eyes burned so intensely that I cried out in the salon for approximately two to three minutes. All I received was an apology. There was no refund and no satisfactory resolution. Instead, I was told that I shouldn’t get mega volume again because apparently it didn’t suit my eyes. I found that response dismissive and insulting after two attempts that did not match what I wanted. When I raised my dissatisfaction, I was told there was nothing they could do and that they do not offer refunds. Paying $189 for unwanted results, repeated appointments, and a painful removal is unacceptable. I cannot speak for the other technicians, but my experience with the woman who did my lashes was terrible. I will not return and would not recommend her services. Edit: after few hours my eyes are burning and red so painful🥺

I follow rules and instructions too so they can last as long as possible to get my moneys worth but on one side some lashes came off the same day i got them done so its uneven now

I recently had a lash lift and tint at Lash Co with Khristine B, and unfortunately the experience was distressing and the result was not what I agreed to. During the service, my lashes were trimmed without prior discussion or consent, and the lift resulted in an over-curled, shortened appearance. Even after neutralizer was applied, the curl remained excessive and not wearable for me. I’m sharing this review so others can make an informed decision. Clear communication, consent (especially before cutting lashes), and client comfort are essential for services involving the eyes.

I basically stopped getting lash lifts until I visit home and am able to go to Lashery Co. because no one else can do it like them.
