Returns and Exchanges

Please note that for sanitary purposes, all products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Tweezers and loose lashes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To return or exchange a product, contact returns@lasheryco.com within 14 days of the original order date with the reason for the return/exchange. Once the return has been approved, we recommend using an insured shipping method to return your product. When the product is received it will be inspected to ensure it is unopened, and your refund will be processed. All exchanges will be subject to shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy

Please confirm, reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Appointments that have not been confirmed 24 hours prior to the beginning of your appointment will be CANCELED. Credit card info is REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT. Credit cards will not be charged at the time of booking. However, cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, will be charged 50% of the service booked. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. Late arrivals will be serviced for the remainder of your allotted appointment time if time permits at the discretion of Lashery Co. staff. If you are more than 15 minutes late into your appointment, your service will be cancelled and the cancellation fee will be charged. All services provided by Lashery Co. are non-refundable.
